Our employees adhere to established objectives for continuous improvement, as well as a quality policy that focuses on customer needs and improved processes to meet our goals of providing exceptional quality in all of our products and services. Management at all levels continually reinforces this commitment through communicating openly with employees about the importance of meeting all of Paperbag Warehouse’s and our Customer’s requirements.
We are committed to improving the range and quality of the products we supply together with recognising the importance of environmental protection. Where ever possible all of the products we supply are manufactured and or sourced from Manufacturers that adopt the same philosophy and commitments and whom have in place strict processes that minimise waste of materials and energy and procure raw materials are selected with a view to the environment. Most paper is recyclable and the paper we supply is where possible 100% recycled or from sustainable sources.
Paper Bag Warehouse prides itself on offering good value for money and environmentally friendly products and services. If you are unhappy with a product purchased please contact Paper Bag Warehouse as soon as possible and we will try to rectify the situation. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the product, attachments and packaging to ourselves within 7 days of purchase.
We will not accept any returns not in original packaging. Please keep all boxes and packaging in event of a fault or any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, we accept no liability after this period. If goods missing or broken please call 0870 850 6535. Any postage costs for delivery to & from ourselves are billed to customer and cannot be refunded. In case of refund, delivery costs are not refunded. You are welcome to use your own courier, for collection of goods paid in full.
